Mr. Auza is a U.S. Navy veteran of 21 years. He retired from Active Duty in November 1995 as Aviation Storekeeper Master Chief (AKCM (AW/MTS)). He is a graduate of Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, Florida, and Cambridge College, Cambridge, Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System (BS/CIS), and a Masters degree in Management with concentration in eCommerce. Navy certified Master Training Specialist (MTS) and Curriculum and Instructional Standard Specialist. Atlantic. His tasking was to train and assist mid-level managers (at the client's sites) in the area of Logistics, Inventory, and Financial Management. Then in December 1999, he became a member of Tidewater Community College faculty under the Navy's Military Education and Training Program (METP) contract serving as instructor for Relational Supply (Force Level) (MILT 5033), Aviation Supply System Specialist (MILT 5056), Supply Application Administrator (MILT 5055) and Shipboard Uniform Automated Data Processing System - Real Time (SUADPS-RT) (MILT 5049) Courses. He was teaching Logistics, Inventory, and Financial Management Courses for a total of over 15 years with the Center for Services Support (CSS) (previously Fleet Training Center), Norfolk, Virginia. He reviews and updates lesson plans, develops curriculum, creates teaching aids, supervises hands-on training and oversee the performance of the contract instructors for the Military Education and Training Program (METP), Fleet Concentration Area, Norfolk, Virginia. On December 15, 2008, he resigned his post at the Tidewater Community College and rejoined CACI workforce on December 16, 2008 working for SPAWAR Atlantic as member of the Viking Implementation Team. His over 21 years of Naval career took him aboard the USS America (CV 66), serving as Assistant SUADPS Systems Coordinator; the USS Enterprise (CVN 65), serving as Aircraft Requirements Coordinator for Fighter Squadron One and Two (VF-1/VF-2); the USS George Washington (CVN 73), serving as Supply Quality Assurance Division Officer and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Supply Officer; and the USS Belleau Wood (LHA 3), serving as SUADPS System Coordinator and Stock Control Supervisor. Shore Duty assignment includes: Six years at the Center for Services Support (CSS), Norfolk, serving as SUADPS-RT instructor; over three years at Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Texas, serving as Repairable Assets Assistant Manager; and over three years at the Fleet Outfitting Supply Support Assistance Center (FOSSAC), Norfolk, serving as Assistant Outfitting Coordinator for new construction Naval Ships and Ships undergoing SLEP (Ships Life Extension Program). |
